Cardio Center
We have a wide variety of cardio equipment for you to choose from…Everything from treadmills to elliptical trainers, stair climbers to rowing machines and tread climbers. We also have bikes, recumbent bikes as well as an arm ergometer. These are all set in a bright, clean environment that offers you a great way to stay in shape.
Cardio Theatre
In the cardio area, there are eight televisions, all set to different channels! Just insert your personal headphones into the jack and run, ride or row in a comfortable, climate controlled environment!

Memberships are available to the general public. Membership is not limited to those affiliated with the UAH campus. We welcome anyone to join, and reap the benefits of this amazing facility.
